I've been having a terrible time getting my mid-section back to looking decent since having Jay. I start a workout, but either get bored and don't finish or just forget and get out of a routine.
Celia (who's also one of my blog button swap buddies!) came across this Mean Abs June workout calendar and it looks doable!
I think I'll give it a try, starting today, and see how I did when July comes around!

Ive been doing these since january and im losing wieght and getting toned it awesome these keep me motivated
